To maintain a safe and well kept environment by servicing/repairing all facility equipment as directed by the Maintenance Crewleader.
Ensure operation of building and equipment by replacing parts on equipment, performing minor building repairs and/or internal construction, replacing fuses and lighting equipment, or making minor electrical repairs
Perform some ordinary carpentry, mechanical, painting, plumbing, and masonry work
Respond to all resident service requests as quickly and efficiently as possible. Complete all necessary documentation associated with service requests
High school degree, GED, or ability to pass a TABE test
Possess a working knowledge in HVAC, electrical circuitry, plumbing, carpentry, boiler & chiller systems, hydraulic pumps.
Valid New York State drivers license
Ability to work a flexible schedule, which will include evenings and weekends.
