  • Overview

    Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team, performing tasks such as floor maintenance, apartment preparation, and very basic non-skilled maintenance. Maintain area in a clean and sanitary fashion as directed by a supervisor. Duties may include either housekeeping and/or dining services. All other duties as detailed will be explained by the department manager.

    Responsibilities

    • Complete an employment application.
    • Complete an interview process and be offered a position.
    • Provide at least 2 references (Past employers or character references).
    • Successfully pass a pre-employment physical exam with required blood work, immunizations.
    • Complete and pass a drug test.

    Qualifications

    • Must be able to read, write and speak the English language and follow directions.
    • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
    • Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
    • Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
